Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your order as usual. Due to the COVID 19 current situation, some of the countries/regions/provinces/ might experience shipping delays.

Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. In peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days. 

During the peak seasons, it might take a bit longer time to deliver.

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different warehouses. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

INTERNATIONAL

It will take 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. 

During the peak seasons might take a bit a longer time to deliver.

Sometimes, unforeseen situations that are beyond the carrier’s control can affect the delivery time.

Note: Promotional item => Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

It usually takes 7 to 14 days. The price will be $18 to $35 on most of the country we can deliver.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will start to be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day. 

LOST TRACKING NUMBER

If you lost the tracking number, please contact us. We will send you the tracking number again.

LOST OR STOLEN

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
